Hi Guys,
I manage a oz government helpdesk and finally we seem to be making some progress on freeing ourselves up to work on the good stuff, by offloading the basic stuff the users
We have finally got a password reset tool and the g-drive access tool, so far they are working out realy well and the users have never been happier! And they don't call me for mindless work, well not always anwyay. Check them out:
