Does anyone have experience in developing a Service Catalogue?
I would really value feedback or suggestions for structure and content.

Hi Wendy - i do not have experience in creating a Service Catalogue in the corporate environment(we do not charge back our services internally so all depts get the same support level), so i dont have any direct experience that i can draw upon. However i suppose as a suggestion you could structure it like the old generic 'Platinum support Package', 'Gold Support Package' etc and then list the supported systems and the appropriate SLA's within them. Obviously the SLA's would be tighter for the Platinum package than for the Gold and lower packages.
I know its a little vague, but i hope it might spark an idea or thought that will help you come up with a good structure. |
