HDAA Membership Terms and Conditions

These are the core conditions of any membership held with HDAA.

  • HDAA Membership is offered via an annual subscription on a 12-month renewable basis from the date of application.
  • Membership changes and financial authorisation must be made by the nominated member Primary Representative(s) or recognised organisation authority.
  • To receive benefits, requestors of service must be identifiable by the member representative(s).
  • All staff nominated as representatives are eligible to attend HDAA workshops. Depending on membership level, we make available a specified number of free seats. Workshops may have limited seating, free registrations will be taken until the workshop is full.
  • Use of HDAA logo or material is subject to membership being valid.
  • Membership fees are subject to change at the discretion of HDAA Management.
  • Membership is non-refundable, however representative status is transferable to another employee within the same company. To change Primary Representative(s) please advise HDAA via email. Membership period will remain the same as the original membership.
  • Renewal invoices will be automatically distributed annually unless advised by the primary representative or recognised organisation authority, that membership is no longer required.
  • Individual Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
