What Are the Requirements?

Eighty percent of your support team is required to be HDI certified, with a minimum of four team members.

What Do You Receive?

Recipients will receive an HDI Team Certified certificate with the designated year of the award, (plaques can also be purchased) the use of the HDI Team Certified logo and public recognition of their achievement both on the ThinkHDI and HDAA websites.

With your approval, HDAA will list your team on our website as HDI Team Certified. HDI will also list your team on their website as well. You may even find your team mentioned in SupportWorld, the HDI member magazine and the HDAA e-newsletter.

You are also invited to share the news of your team’s award in your organizations newsletter or through other means. You will have the option on the application to select whether HDAA and HDI has your permission to use your support organization and company name in promotional materials. Plus, if purchased you will receive a plaque to display at your location!

How Much Does it Cost?

There are no fees associated with applying for this award and receiving the recognition if you qualify. Should you choose to order the award plaque to display in your support centre, a fee of AUD$150 (inc GST) will be collected to fulfil this request.

How Often Can I Apply?

You can apply for this award yearly, as long as your organization continues to satisfy these requirements. You will receive a new certificate and plaque for each year you apply and qualify for HDI Team Certified.

Once your application is completed and accepted, a HDAA Customer Care representative will get in contact with you to ensure your information is correct, and collect payment for your trophy fee if applicable.
