HDAA reserves the right to postpone/cancel a training course or an event at any time, at which, paying participants will be entitled to one of the following:

All above costs include GST.
HDI course exams are available on-line and for students attending public or on-site training, are released once a request is made by the student to HDAA via email email@example.com or by phone. HDI exams must be requested within 12 months of the public or on-site course start date. No responsibility will be taken by HDAA for a change in course competencies or exam format if the exam is requested more than 3 months after the course start date.
HDAA recognises that there are times when unforeseen incidents prevent attendees from participating in an event after registering.
In light of this, a company or attendee may make a substitution at any time up to the commencement of the event, provided HDAA is notified of the substitution.
If a paying attendee notifies HDAA of an inability to attend, and is unable to nominate a substitute then the following cancellation policy applies.
