Instructor led training courses have limited class sizes. Training Course presenters are Certified Trainers chosen for their industry experience, outstanding knowledge and ability to educate effectively.

HDAA offers the majority of its public training courses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Canberra. Some training courses are not run in all of the above states. Our training courses are held at high quality, centrally located venues.

Learn virtually anytime, anyplace and at any pace. On-Line training is the most cost effective means for employees to achieve certification and is particularly useful for companies with remote employees. However, self-learning takes a particular mindset and disciplined focus. Students can train from any computer with Internet access. Training courses take approximately 14–18 hours to complete.
