When delivering IT support, the role of collaboration and adaptability cannot be overstated. As a service and support leader, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of a Team of Teams approach—an approach that not only informs but persuades leaders to reconsider traditional organizational structures for unparalleled success.

In today’s scenario, where customers expect agile and seamless service delivery, traditional hierarchical structures with isolated teams are fast becoming obsolete.
