Major Incident Handling Process Design (Template – Advanced)

This document describes the design of Major Incident Handling (MIH) process used in [Organization Name]. The goal of the MIH process is to establish the mandatory elements and procedure that are required in order to execute when a major incident arises. The exact team composition for a major incident will vary from one case to another.
