HDAA Membership Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions form a contract between HDAA and your organisation as a member of HDAA.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying to become an HDAA member.

Membership Benefits

Membership of the HDAA will provide you with one of three levels of corporate membership: Gold, Silver or Virtual.

Dependent on the level of membership you choose, as an HDAA member you will receive a wide range of benefits such as:

  • Access to restricted content on the HDAA website.
  • Discounts on training and consulting services, linked to your level of membership
  • A variety of resources to support you and your teams development
  • The right to use the HDAA logo for the duration of your membership
  • A number of free places at HDAA member workshops, linked to your level of membership
  • The ability to exchange knowledge and professional experiences with the HDAA community.

We reserve the right to change the benefits that apply to HDAA membership at any time without prior notice.

Renewals: Cancellations and Refunds

Renewal invoices will be automatically distributed annually unless advised by the delegate or recognised organisation authority, that membership is no longer required. 

Membership is non-refundable, however is transferable to another employee within the same company should the nominated delegate relocate and has advised HDAA via email. Membership period will remain the same as the original membership. 

If you wish to cancel your membership renewal you must inform us. This notice should be provided directly to us in writing by email or phone.

Renewal of membership will not come into effect until payment has been received.

Price information

We reserve the right to increase the price of your membership from time-to-time, and any such amendments will be on the order form page of the website.  If you are a current HDAA member, you will be informed of any fee increase in your renewal letter. If we discover an error in the price of your membership subscription, we will inform you as soon as possible.

HDAA is a membership body that collaborates and shares knowledge throughout the Service and Support Profession. Intellectual Property and Registered information and Trademarks are acknowledged and recognized. Such includes our learning programs through HDI, PeopleCert and ITIL®.
